1 - An application for adjustment of investment licenses (form I-16 in the Decision No.1088/2006/QD-BKH of Ministry of Planning and Investment.
2- The decision and minutes of members board meetings or board of directors on capital increasing;
3 - Report on financial capability;
4 - Report on the implementation of the project after having the investment license;
5 - Amendment of the Charter;
6 - The explanation of adjustments (increase capital).
